This five-week handbuilding class will focus on creating using the coiling method.
Bring your ideas and we can create pretty much any shape you have in mind utilising this technique be it bowls, vases, candlesticks, sculptural forms or something completely different. Give your creative mind free reigns.
In addition to coiling, you will learn more about the amazing properties of clay, and together we will look at some of its qualities and some of its limitations.
The first four classes will focus on designing and finishing your pieces. The last class will be a glazing class.
The class runs November 7, 14, 21, 28 and December 5
