Bear in mind that I do my best to photograph the work in order to render as accurate of a depiction of each piece as possible.
Each piece is handbuilt and unique. Variations in glaze and form are to be expected and add to the individual character of the work.
Goods Damaged in Shipping
If your order has been damaged in transit, we will open a case with the carrier. As part of this process photo documentation is required showing damage to the product and packaging. You must keep all packing materials and product until the claim is settled. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
