Shipping policy

I package and ship all orders from my studio in Duncan, BC, Canada.

Shipping fees include the cost of packing materials, handling, and actual shipping costs.

Please ensure the address and phone number are correct as I am not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.

Domestic Shipping

All in stock ceramics are generally shipped within 2 days via Canada Post or Purolator (your choice of carrier).

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with your tracking number confirming your item is en route.

International Shipping

All in stock ceramics are generally shipped within 2 days via Canada Post.

Please note: Customers pay for any customs charges, duties or taxes charged to them by their country.

Customers will receive an invoice via email. A shipping invoice will accompany the parcel. These invoices are necessary to clear customs. It is the customers responsibility to communicate with the customs office to ensure clearance.

Goods Damaged in Shipping

If your order has been damaged in transit, we will open a case withe the carrier. As part of this process photo documentation is required showing damage to the product and the packaging. you must keep all packing materials and products until the claim is settled.
