What's in a Teapot

I am an avid tea drinker and enjoy my daily tea ritual. Every little thing from boiling the water, preheating the teapot, adding the tea leaves before pouring the hot water into the teapot plays an equally important role in the ritual. Not to mention the steep and the anticipation of a steaming hot cup of tea.

So, when I make teapots I keep all these things in mind. I also like to make the teapot an active participant in the tea ritual. I give them personality. All my teapots are built with tremendous care making sure they feel right in the hand, and ensuring they have good proportions and that they know how to pour tea.
